What you will do
- Develop and maintain clear success plans to ensure customers realize the full value of automation solutions.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to executive-level stakeholders, influencing vision and account strategy.
- Collaborate across internal teams including Sales, Professional Services, and Technical Support to ensure seamless delivery.
- Drive product adoption and identify opportunities for footprint growth within assigned accounts.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and streamline routine tasks while adhering to governance standards.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally to provide actionable feedback on product and service improvements.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English, Dutch, and French
- Must be based in the Netherlands
- At least 5 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role or similar.
- 7+ years of experience in Professional Services or Presales.
- Solid experience in financial process automation or intelligent automation.
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and acting as a trusted advisor.
Nice to have
- Project Management experience for large enterprise accounts.
