TL;DR

Senior Manager, Customer Success Architecture (DevOps): Leading a regional team of architects to drive enterprise customer adoption and digital transformation through hirify.global’s platform with an accent on technical strategy, business outcomes, and DevSecOps practices. Focus on coaching high-performing teams, managing complex customer relationships, and translating technical capabilities into measurable business value.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote).

Compensation: $129,680 – $343,920 per year (plus sales incentives).

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Architects to drive adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to represent the voice of the customer and shape engagement strategies.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top-tier talent while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Track and report on key adoption and deployment metrics to demonstrate business impact and guide team priorities.
  • Support escalations, renewals, and expansion activities by ensuring technical alignment with customer goals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, consultative selling, or related industry experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 3+ years of project/product management or technical lead experience, or 1+ year of formal/informal people management.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to serve business or client needs.
  • Strong business and technical acumen with experience in leading high-performing, customer-facing teams.

Nice to have

  • Deep experience in regulated industries such as financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, or public sector.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools and software development practices, including SAST, DAST, and SCA.
  • 9+ years of experience in the software development platform industry.
