TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Healthtech): Driving client loyalty and product adoption for a preventative insurance platform with an accent on B2B relationship management and stakeholder engagement. Focus on building the CSM function in Belgium, optimizing the customer journey, and acting as the voice of the customer to internal product teams.

Location: Must be based in Belgium (Remote or hybrid via co-working hubs in Ghent, Brussels, or Antwerp).

What you will do

  • Ensure successful onboarding of new administrators and provide advanced product education.
  • Promote health services to drive massive adoption among employees and admins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers during renewal periods to minimize churn and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development and service improvements.
  • Help build the CSM team in Belgium by creating processes, documentation, and the CSM playbook.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create data-driven reports.
  • Client-centric mindset with experience delivering tailored solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
