What you will do

  • Lead all aspects of the client onboarding process, including requirement gathering, webinars, and initial account setup.
  • Develop deep product expertise to effectively communicate the value and impact of Canary's solutions to clients.
  • Manage a book of Mid-Market and SMB accounts, partnering with clients to achieve their goals and minimize time-to-value.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify pain points and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to close growth opportunities and provide client feedback to the Product team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, resolving client challenges while ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Customer Success experience within a SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven track record of managing clients through complex technical onboarding challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing large account portfolios.
  • English language proficiency is required.
  • Must be based in Indonesia.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Thai language.
  • Familiarity with hospitality technology.
