What you will do
- Lead all aspects of the client onboarding process, including requirement gathering, webinars, and initial account setup.
- Develop deep product expertise to effectively communicate the value and impact of Canary's solutions to clients.
- Manage a book of Mid-Market and SMB accounts, partnering with clients to achieve their goals and minimize time-to-value.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify pain points and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales to close growth opportunities and provide client feedback to the Product team.
- Act as a trusted advisor, resolving client challenges while ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Customer Success experience within a SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven track record of managing clients through complex technical onboarding challenges.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing large account portfolios.
- English language proficiency is required.
- Must be based in Indonesia.

- Proficiency in Thai language.
- Familiarity with hospitality technology.
