What you will do

• Supervise daily operations to meet internal and external customer demands.
• Lead team performance using SQDIP metrics and Veralto Enterprise System tools.
• Develop and execute data-driven action plans for continuous improvement.
• Manage production planning by aligning customer orders with labor and material availability.
• Optimize labor allocation and drive cross-training to increase team flexibility.
• Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Loveland, CO.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using data to drive continuous improvement and operational decision-making.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, or workload balancing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred.
