Salary: $61,200 – $113,600 / year

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day production activities for assigned value streams on the 2nd shift.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by implementing safety programs and preventing hazards.
• Direct Assembly Operators to execute production plans and act as a liaison between shifts.
• Drive a continuous improvement culture using lean methodologies and value stream mapping.
• Manage staffing, including training, appraising, and disciplining manufacturing employees.
• Track daily performance and implement recovery plans for missed targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and quality systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and JD Edwards.
• Ability to work on-site in White Bear Township, MN (2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM-2:00 AM CST).
