What you will do

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of production employees, managing daily tasks and performance expectations.
• Manage production schedules and labor to identify bottlenecks and maintain throughput.
• Enforce safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards through regular audits and investigations.
• Partner with Quality teams to ensure products meet specifications and address process deviations.
• Drive operational efficiency and waste reduction using Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Handle administrative duties including timecards, scheduling, onboarding, and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and production processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Elizabethtown, NC.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work overtime or weekends.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial assembly.
