What you will do
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing outbound Global Sales Team dedicated to Americas.
- Own sales performance management and ensure targets for pipeline contribution, conversion rates, closed-won deals, and revenue.
- Develop and optimize best-in-class processes to improve conversion rates and accelerate deal closure.
- Enable the team to negotiate, close, and onboard SME clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Create sales playbooks, negotiation frameworks, and closing strategies tailored to the market.
- Implement quality management via sales call reviews, win-loss analysis, and structured feedback loops.
Requirements
- 10+ years of total sales experience, including outbound experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing global sales teams.
- Proven track record in hiring, training, and developing top-tier sales talent.
- Deep expertise in B2B full-cycle sales, deal negotiation, and revenue generation.
- Experience working across global time zones and managing international sales teams.
- Strong familiarity with AI-powered sales engagement tools, CRM workflows, and automation strategies.
