What you will do

  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing outbound Global Sales Team dedicated to Americas.
  • Own sales performance management and ensure targets for pipeline contribution, conversion rates, closed-won deals, and revenue.
  • Develop and optimize best-in-class processes to improve conversion rates and accelerate deal closure.
  • Enable the team to negotiate, close, and onboard SME clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Create sales playbooks, negotiation frameworks, and closing strategies tailored to the market.
  • Implement quality management via sales call reviews, win-loss analysis, and structured feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of total sales experience, including outbound experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing global sales teams.
  • Proven track record in hiring, training, and developing top-tier sales talent.
  • Deep expertise in B2B full-cycle sales, deal negotiation, and revenue generation.
  • Experience working across global time zones and managing international sales teams.
  • Strong familiarity with AI-powered sales engagement tools, CRM workflows, and automation strategies.
