Consultant (Digital Transactions)

Location: Hybrid working environment with offices in Amsterdam and Frankfurt; EU citizenship or an EU work permit required. Remote work is available, with possible weekly in-person anchor days.

InnoPay is a digital transactions consultancy within Oliver Wyman and hirify.global, advising organisations on payments, digital identity, data sharing, technology, business models, and regulation.

What you will do

• Advise international clients on strategic topics including data sharing, digital onboarding, and open banking.
• Perform outside-in and inside-out analyses and conduct interviews with clients and subject-matter specialists.
• Translate complex commercial, organisational, and technical information into concrete advice, roadmaps, and specifications.
• Support teams of 2–5 colleagues from different professional backgrounds on strategy, services, and product development.
• Help prepare client proposals and develop new consulting propositions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree; a second degree is an advantage.
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of work experience, preferably in management consulting.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills demonstrated through work or extracurricular activities.
• Academic excellence and broad personal development through exchanges, internships, or extracurricular activities.
• Teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Fluent English required; Dutch or German preferred. EU citizenship or an EU work permit required.

Nice to have

• Interest in digital innovation, digital transformation, payments, digital identity, open banking, blockchain, or artificial intelligence.
• Professional experience in management consulting.
• Knowledge of Dutch or German.
