Salary: $245K – $290K + Equity

What you will do
- Lead the team responsible for building 's seller onboarding and education platform.
- Hire, develop, and grow a high-performing team of engineers across backend, web, and mobile.
- Define the technical strategy for seller coaching and partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and Marketing.
- Drive platform investments to enable educational content to be delivered contextually throughout the seller experience.
- Build and own experimentation and measurement frameworks to impact seller activation, engagement, and retention.
- Plan and execute ambitious cross-functional projects while coordinating dependencies across international product teams.
Requirements
- Experience leading engineering teams and supporting career development in high-growth environments.
- Hands-on technical leadership experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems and complex web/mobile applications.
- Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering talent.
- Strong product and design instincts with the ability to balance technical debt and long-term maintainability.
- Experience defining and leveraging product metrics.
- Must live within commuting distance of the New York or San Francisco hub.
