What you will do
- Translate category strategy into clear product concepts and requirements in partnership with Marketing.
- Develop compelling, consumer-focused value propositions and business cases to assess ROI and profitability.
- Act as the product expert by benchmarking competitors and identifying opportunities across price segments.
- Represent the consumer throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring effective validation and testing.
- Manage product lifecycle activities, including range improvements, extensions, and end-of-life planning.
- Support the Product Director in coaching the team and improving internal ways of working.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing products or projects end-to-end, including timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build and evaluate business cases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a curiosity for product details and technology.
