What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision for Prizes in Kind across international markets.
• Own business outcomes for the winner journey, including shop, app integration, and backend fulfillment.
• Lead the migration to a new platform while ensuring zero impact on customer service.
• Steer a multidisciplinary team of design, research, and engineering.
• Line-manage and coach Product Owners, defining leadership principles as the team scales.
• Navigate organizational dynamics to unblock decisions and represent requirements at the executive level.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, including senior roles like Lead or Group PM.
• Active people management experience, specifically line-managing POs or cross-functional leads.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end platforms with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong ability to make strategic trade-offs with incomplete information.
• Excellent stakeholder navigation skills across business, tech, and international peers.
