Location: Living in the Netherlands; hybrid role working 2–3 per week at HQ in Amsterdam

What you will do
- Support the Senior Product Manager in delivering initiatives across supplier onboarding, tooling, and supply operations.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into product improvements.
- Shape supplier-facing tooling to help suppliers manage inventory and products more efficiently.
- Improve onboarding and supply quality using data analysis, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists across the product lifecycle.
- Own smaller initiatives and projects with coaching from experienced product leaders.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems).
- Strong interest in technology, digital products, and problem-solving.
- Comfort with technology and AI: actively explore tools, automations, and workflows (not just using chatbots).
- Strong analytical skills: read/create data visualizations and work with BI tools and/or spreadsheets.
- User-centered mindset and structured approach to breaking down complex problems.
- Living in the Netherlands
