Learning and Development Partner (AI): Driving organization-wide learning strategy by curating and implementing scalable development programs with an accent on AI-first content delivery and management leadership initiatives. Location: Hybrid position, must be able to report to the NYC office 3 days/week.

What you will do

• Leverage AI tools and third-party content libraries to personalize and scale learning programs.
• Own the enterprise-wide onboarding experience and define handoff points with the Enablement team.
• Manage and evolve the LeadWell management development program for new and experienced leaders.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and partner with HRBPs to identify and address workforce capability gaps.
• Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective content delivery and reporting.
• Support organizational change initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning and internal mobility.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in L&D or Organizational Development within a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to develop and deploy learning programs.
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring Learning Management Systems.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate management and leadership development programs.
• Experience defining onboarding-to-enablement handoff models.
• Strong cross-functional partnership and influence skills.
