What you will do

• Drive client engagement and manage Framework Contracts (FWCs) in alignment with financial KPIs.
• Develop and defend complex technical and financial proposals for new and existing business.
• Represent the agency at networking events to build and maintain strategic commercial relationships.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from inception to closure, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with service teams to develop innovative creative offerings and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Provide regular reporting on client satisfaction, financial performance, and risk assessments to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Up to 6 years of experience in communications, preferably within EU institutions.
• Master’s degree in communication, political science, marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and French required.
• Extensive experience in project management, budget preparation, and subcontractor management.
• Strong understanding of media relations, social media, event management, and creative concept development.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
