TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Logistics): Generating net-new business through outbound opportunities and managing strategic conversations with Enterprise Account Executives with an accent on lead generation and pipeline growth. Focus on executing multifaceted prospect outreach and building relationships with high-potential Enterprise and Mid-Market prospects.

Location: Hybrid (Chicago, IL). Must be based in the United States

Salary: $49,000 - $60,000

What you will do

  • Generate qualified leads and set sales appointments to boost business closing rates.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach using cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Perform deep account research to develop multi-threaded engagement strategies for key stakeholders.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline for high-potential Enterprise and Mid-Market prospects.
  • Partner with Account Executives to align on strategy and prioritize target accounts.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate prospect interaction records in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound cold-calling experience required.
  • Prior logistics or supply chain experience required.
  • Proven experience prospecting into Enterprise B2B organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in generating qualified meetings and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Google Workspace.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience engaging with C-Suite and Executive Leadership stakeholders.
