What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal technical team for support and project delivery.
• Design and implement infrastructure within Microsoft 365 and Azure, including migrations and onboarding.
• Manage and monitor technical projects to ensure deliverables are met within SLAs and budget.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide top-tier support for diverse client environments.
• Document technical processes and client environments to maintain high-quality internal standards.
• Mentor and train the technical team on best practices, project management, and customer success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Defender, Sentinel, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and escalations.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing support and internal team coordination.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs as required for physical equipment handling.
