What you will do

• Architect and optimize Azure IaaS components including virtual machines, networking, and governance policies.
• Lead identity and access management design using Entra ID, RBAC, and privileged access controls.
• Manage on-premises Windows Server infrastructure, including clustering, storage, and lifecycle planning.
• Oversee virtualization environments and drive modernization efforts including cloud migrations.
• Develop technical documentation, standards, and runbooks for enterprise infrastructure.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as an escalation point for complex compute and storage issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering with a focus on Azure and Windows Server.
• Expert-level proficiency in Azure IaaS, Entra ID, and RBAC.
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP architecture.
• Strong PowerShell automation skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Proven ability to lead complex infrastructure projects and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305).
• Experience with HITRUST security framework.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and ServiceNow.
• Background in Zero Trust security strategies.
