What you will do

• Install, integrate, and maintain multi-tenant corporate cloud systems related to Azure, AWS, and O365.
• Manage and optimize core M365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Administer identity and access management (IAM) using Azure AD and on-premises Active Directory.
• Develop PowerShell scripts, Power Automate workflows, and use Graph API to automate administrative tasks.
• Maintain telecoms and call center systems such as Amazon Connect, Avaya, and MS Teams Voice.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting for complex M365 and cloud infrastructure issues via a helpdesk system.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of equivalent work experience or a university degree in Computer Science.
• Subject matter expertise in Office 365, Azure, AWS, VMware, and Active Directory.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation, reporting, and bulk administration.
• Strong understanding of identity management, including MFA, SSO, and RBAC.
• Knowledge of networking, Zero-trust models, and infrastructure security solutions.
• Must be based in Hungary.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Azure or Cloud Administrator Associate certification.
• ITIL Foundation or similar service management certification.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Experience working in a SaaS or software-driven environment.
