Location: Permanent Remote. Must align with Perth time (Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM).

What you will do

• Deliver Level 2–3 support for complex infrastructure, cloud, and endpoint issues across multiple client environments.
• Administer Microsoft Azure, M365, Intune, Active Directory, and Entra ID in hybrid and cloud-native setups.
• Implement security controls, including MFA, conditional access policies, and identity management.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and optimize MSP workflows.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
• Create internal SOPs and client-facing documentation to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of IT experience specifically within an MSP or multi-client support environment.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, M365, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and process automation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of endpoint security and access management.
• Experience managing hybrid cloud and on-premise Active Directory environments.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Perth time.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, M365, Security+, or Endpoint Management.
• Experience with MSP-specific tools such as RMM, PSA, and documentation platforms.
