Senior Systems Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Architect, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Manage and optimize Windows Server ecosystems, including Terminal Servers, RDS, and Remote Desktop farms.
• Oversee and execute migrations for M365, Exchange, file servers, and cloud workloads.
• Implement and tune enterprise security tools including Sophos Central and SonicWall firewalls (NAT, VPN, rule tuning).
• Serve as a Tier 3–4 escalation point for complex incidents involving servers, cloud services, and identity management.
• Develop automations and configurations using PowerShell, Intune, and Azure Automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Systems Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineer, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Azure, M365, Windows Server (2012–2025), Intune, VMware, and Hyper-V.
• Hands-on experience with SonicWall and Sophos firewalls, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Active Directory.
• Proven ability to handle advanced technical escalations under high pressure.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and detailed technical documentation skills.
• Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico.
