What you will do

• Develop and drive global category strategies for CAPEX and indirect categories.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
• Drive cost optimization and value creation through strategic sourcing and standardization.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to support CAPEX requirements.
• Identify and develop strategic supplier partnerships and evaluate new technologies.
• Monitor industry trends and innovations in equipment and technical services.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in procurement, category management, or sourcing of technical equipment or CAPEX projects.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional, and international projects.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
