What you will do

• Execute strategic sourchirify.global activities and lead complex supplier negotiations for global HR, Audit, Risk, and Travel categories.
• Develop sourchirify.global approaches and strategies to define project scope and objectives.
• Provide project-level risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead negotiations with global providers of Payroll, RPO, L&D, and Statutory Audit services.
• Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and analyze market intelligence for innovation opportunities.
• Coach and mentor category buyers on negotiation techniques and strategy buildhirify.global.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with top 10 strategic HR, Audit, Risk, and Travel vendors.
• Proven track record of managhirify.global large, complex global deals, specifically Statutory Audit services.
• Over 6 years of experience managhirify.global direct reports or coachhirify.global procurement colleagues.
• Strong project management skills to align multiple stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset for executhirify.global best-in-class sourchirify.global strategies.
