Commodity Manager Capex (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Capex procurement, including RFx, negotiation, and contracting.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with cost, timeline, and business goals.
• Utilize analytics, market intelligence, and cost modeling to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Build and manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, continuity, and competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver critical projects on time and on budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, International Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Experience managing Capex or indirect spend categories of $10M+.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable results in cost savings and cash flow impact.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial procurement.
• Experience with the procurement of production equipment or capital projects.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
