TL;DR
Customer Journey Expert (Fintech): Enhancing end-to-end customer journeys and providing functional support for financial risk and pricing systems with an accent on stakeholder management and system reliability. Location: Must be based in Romania (Hybrid/Remote flexibility available).

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with Trading, Risk Management, and IT stakeholders to address challenges and improve user experience.
- Provide functional support for pricing, risk management, and position-keeping systems.
- Lead and coordinate project testing initiatives across multiple squads to ensure business alignment.
- Manage root cause analysis for critical incidents and negotiate SLAs for system stability.
- Document end-to-end customer journeys and drive workflow streamlining to eliminate inefficiencies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Markets or Treasury.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products (FX, MM, Rates, Credits, Fixed Income, Repos) and risk management concepts.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Experience with backlog management (Azure BLM) and CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps).
- Must be based in Romania to support the local and global team structure.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python programming and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with cloud-native methodologies (Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
