What you will do

• Act as the primary internal and external expert for the "hirify.global Pay Front Office" software suite.
• Collaborate with product management and software architecture to align the product with the company portfolio.
• Develop scope, define backlog items (epics, features, user stories), and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support DevOps squads with story estimates, sequencing, and sprint evaluation based on acceptance criteria.
• Perform platform configuration via SQL and assist in incident resolution.
• Mentor, train, and lead other team members.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a similar qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT services and software development, preferably in electronic payments.
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks (LeSS, SAFe) and DevOps.
• Proficiency in SQL (reading/writing) and basic shell scripting.
• Ability to read C++ code for analysis purposes and basic Linux user knowledge.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest, Romania

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud services and Cloud-based applications.
• Experience with Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
