Location: 100% remote within the USA

Salary: $120,000/year - $190,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits (Colorado: $150,000 - $175,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits)

What you will do

• Define and own product strategy and a prioritized multi-quarter roadmap for key platform areas.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Turn qualitative feedback and quantitative data into hypotheses, validation, and strategic decisions.
• Set and monitor KPIs to improve adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
• Align engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support on requirements, scope, tradeoffs, and success metrics.
• Drive high-quality delivery by creating PRDs/user stories and leading QA/acceptance criteria; mentor junior product managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of complex product areas and measurable business impact in a SaaS/technology-driven environment.
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and manage multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Experience leading discovery and experimentation, defining KPIs, and building business cases using data analytics tools.
• Strong execution skills: writing detailed PRDs, leading sprint planning/backlog grooming, and delivering complex launches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions.
• Must be able to work remotely within the USA; no work visa sponsorship.
