What you will do

• Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
• Monitor user feedback (app reviews, support tickets, research) and turn signals into actionable insights.
• Drive bug triage and resolution with Engineering to ensure quality issues are prioritized and closed.
• Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives (e.g., landing pages and compliance-driven features).
• Design A/B tests, analyze funnel performance, and interpret experiment results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations.
• Proven ability to independently own ambiguous work and deliver clear outputs.
• Comfort with funnel analysis, A/B test interpretation, and/or structured data work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing messy inputs into recommendations.
• Ability to maintain regular daily overlap (3–4 hours) with China business hours for engineering coordination.
