Salary: $72,001–$90,002 USD (plus incentive component)

What you will do
- Manage relationships with Telecom, Energy, and Utilities clients as the primary point of contact.
- Drive revenue retention through deep understanding of client business models, fee structures, and contractual agreements.
- Negotiate renewal contracts and lead client migration or conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to resolve escalations and ensure service expectations are met.
- Identify potential account issues proactively and implement effective problem-solving solutions.
- Support account management team growth by providing client overviews and feedback on business opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or sales.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Dallas, TX.
- Proven success working in a matrixed corporate environment.
- Strong executive presence and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Experience in the technology or software industry is preferred.
