TL;DR

Senior Client Success Manager (Telecom, Energy & Utilities): Managing high-value client relationships and driving revenue retention within the property intelligence ecosystem with an accent on strategic account planning, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on resolving complex client issues, overseeing platform integrations, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction in a matrixed corporate environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dallas, TX (Hybrid: 1 day/week in office)

Salary: $72,001–$90,002 USD (plus incentive component)

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with Telecom, Energy, and Utilities clients as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive revenue retention through deep understanding of client business models, fee structures, and contractual agreements.
  • Negotiate renewal contracts and lead client migration or conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to resolve escalations and ensure service expectations are met.
  • Identify potential account issues proactively and implement effective problem-solving solutions.
  • Support account management team growth by providing client overviews and feedback on business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or sales.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Dallas, TX.
  • Proven success working in a matrixed corporate environment.
  • Strong executive presence and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is preferred.
