What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for primary care partners to drive platform adoption.
- Partner with the GTM team to execute onboarding and training best practices for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Oversee structured engagement plans to ensure providers maximize platform utility and achieve value-based care goals.
- Analyze provider performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to refine offerings based on provider feedback.
Requirements
- Must reside in Huntsville, Alabama and be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
- 5-7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting.
- Deep understanding of primary care or ambulatory care workflows and clinical process improvement.
- Knowledge of EHR systems, medical billing, reimbursement models, and Medicare Advantage.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to translate data into actionable performance metrics.
