Client Success & Implementation Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of key accounts and leading onboarding processes for the Wisp platform with an accent on client adoption, data integrity, and project milestones. Location: Must be based in or able to work from the La Crosse, Wisconsin office

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end relationship and commercial outcomes for a dedicated portfolio of key accounts.
  • Drive platform adoption, data integrity, and ongoing optimization through proactive health management and QBRs.
  • Manage the full renewal process, including forecasting, risk assessment, and contract negotiations.
  • Lead new client kick-off calls, define project timelines, and ensure all onboarding milestones are met.
  • Conduct platform training for client administrators and end-users to ensure immediate time-to-value.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, and Support teams to advocate for client needs and improve internal processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from the La Crosse, Wisconsin office.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or technical account management.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on process, checklists, and project completion.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical users.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for learning new software and solving problems.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and synthesize client feedback.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience onboarding clients for a B2B SaaS product.
  • Experience creating training materials or process documentation.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
