TL;DR

Customer Success Manager, Strategic: Manage the long-term success of hirify.global’s largest strategic accounts by building partnerships, driving product adoption, and supporting evangelism with franchise owners and end users. Focus on analyzing engagement KPIs, handling enhancement requests and escalations, and delivering business reviews that reinforce product value.

Location: US Remote

Salary: $111,800–$167,600 USD (base salary range; variable commission plan eligible)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate contacts across strategic accounts.
  • Coach and train corporate staff, franchise owners, and end users on product best practices and workflows.
  • Collaborate with customers and product managers to manage product enhancement requests and act as a subject matter expert for custom features.
  • Drive initiatives to increase product adoption, customer satisfaction, and evangelism.
  • Analyze user engagement data, report KPIs regularly, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer support tickets and maintain accurate account/contact records.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple accounts and/or projects with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong account management and project management skills with strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and identify opportunities to use it to full potential.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset to address roadblocks, risks, and ambiguity with creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to adapt quickly (“roll with the punches”).
  • Travel: < 15% nationwide.
