TL;DR

Senior Client Success & Renewals Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of accounts and serving as the subject matter expert on revenue retention and growth with an accent on renewal strategy and process standardization. Focus on building renewal playbooks, driving client adoption, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure predictable recurring revenue.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the La Crosse, Wisconsin office

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts, owning the relationship and renewal outcomes from end to end.
  • Drive platform adoption and optimization by guiding clients on configuration and best practices.
  • Proactively manage client health, conduct QBRs, and identify opportunities for deeper value delivery.
  • Develop and iterate on the official Renewal Playbook to standardize processes across the CS organization.
  • Coach peers on negotiation tactics, objection handling, and commercial renewal best practices.
  • Partner with leadership to provide accurate forecasting on renewals, churn risk, and retention.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or strategic consulting.
  • Proven success leading commercial conversations, including contract renewals and pricing negotiations.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to build compelling ROI cases for clients.
  • Excellent internal collaboration skills to work effectively with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
  • Process-oriented mindset with experience in documentation and workflow standardization.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience within a B2B SaaS or recurring revenue business model.
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics like Net Revenue Retention (NRR) or client health scores.
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce for portfolio management and forecasting.
