Salary: $85,000β$105,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts, owning the relationship and renewal outcomes from end to end.
- Drive platform adoption and optimization by guiding clients on configuration and best practices.
- Proactively manage client health, conduct QBRs, and identify opportunities for deeper value delivery.
- Develop and iterate on the official Renewal Playbook to standardize processes across the CS organization.
- Coach peers on negotiation tactics, objection handling, and commercial renewal best practices.
- Partner with leadership to provide accurate forecasting on renewals, churn risk, and retention.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven success leading commercial conversations, including contract renewals and pricing negotiations.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to build compelling ROI cases for clients.
- Excellent internal collaboration skills to work effectively with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
- Process-oriented mindset with experience in documentation and workflow standardization.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Direct experience within a B2B SaaS or recurring revenue business model.
- Familiarity with customer success metrics like Net Revenue Retention (NRR) or client health scores.
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce for portfolio management and forecasting.
