Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)
Salary: $86,600 – $139,000 USD (plus variable commission)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 20 high-value enterprise customers, ensuring strong growth and retention.
- Develop and maintain Executive Success Plans that align automation strategy with customer KPIs.
- Conduct recurring Executive Business Reviews to track performance and product roadmap alignment.
- Facilitate strategic onsite visits, automation workshops, and change management sessions.
- Partner with internal Max Specialists to ensure seamless onboarding and cross-product integration.
- Surface actionable product feedback to internal teams to improve velocity and customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 4+ years of experience in account management, enterprise customer success, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of managing complex SaaS accounts with executive stakeholders.
- Strong ability to analyze data sets and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent executive communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to travel nationwide approximately 30% of the time.
