What you will do

• Lead the mechanical development of floor care products throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage OEM/ODM supplier relationships.
• Define product specifications and conduct technical analysis during the concept and detail design stages.
• Create and maintain detailed 2D/3D designs and engineering documentation including DFMEA and tolerance control.
• Verify system performance and manufacturing processes in the off-tool stage using CTQ dashboards.
• Drive design-to-value innovation and cost-down opportunities through competitor product analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mechanical product design and development.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and OEM/ODM relationship management.
• Proficiency in technical analysis, DFMEA, and product specification definition.
• Ability to translate system requirements into detailed engineering deliverables.
• Experience with data collection and analysis for design changes and quality control.
• Must be based in Suzhou, China.
