Compensation: $170,000 – $230,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do
- Own end-to-end P&L for the eastern region, driving rate strategy and loss ratio targets.
- Lead and develop a team of state managers to ensure high-quality execution.
- Define and refine pricing strategies and risk frameworks based on complex data.
- Present strategic insights and trade-offs to executive leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Build regional dashboards and risk KPIs to provide real-time portfolio visibility.
- Apply AI and data tools to identify risk patterns and improve pricing accuracy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in pricing, risk, actuarial, or advanced analytics.
- 7+ years of direct P&L or regional business ownership experience.
- Proven track record in managing budgets, headcount, and financial targets.
- Expertise in navigating complex, multi-state regulatory environments.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the 40 approved US states.
