Salary: $201,000 - $266,000

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for capital structure, debt financing, and liquidity management to support growth.
• Execute foreign exchange strategies, including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Net Investment Hedging programs.
• Manage capital return programs, specifically share repurchases and dividend programs.
• Optimize cash centralization in collaboration with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and Legal teams.
• Analyze capital markets and economic trends to provide recommendations for financial strategies.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance requirements, including SOX controls.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Jose, CA or Morrisville, NC
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in capital markets, including at least 5 years in a corporate Treasury role.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams and mentoring talent.
• Deep technical knowledge of trading derivative instruments and accounting impacts of foreign currency.
• Experience with acquisitions and integration.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CTP, or CRM.
• Advanced technical skills with Bloomberg, Kyriba, FXall, Oracle Cloud, and Power BI.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
