TL;DR

Salary: $201,000 - $266,000

What you will do
- Develop and implement strategies for capital structure, debt financing, and liquidity management to support growth.
- Execute foreign exchange strategies, including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Net Investment Hedging programs.
- Manage capital return programs, specifically share repurchases and dividend programs.
- Optimize cash centralization in collaboration with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and Legal teams.
- Analyze capital markets and economic trends to provide recommendations for financial strategies.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance requirements, including SOX controls.
Requirements
- Must be based in San Jose, CA or Morrisville, NC
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in capital markets, including at least 5 years in a corporate Treasury role.
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams and mentoring talent.
- Deep technical knowledge of trading derivative instruments and accounting impacts of foreign currency.
- Experience with acquisitions and integration.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CTP, or CRM.
- Advanced technical skills with Bloomberg, Kyriba, FXall, Oracle Cloud, and Power BI.
- Master’s degree or MBA.
