What you will do

• Lead regional FP&A processes, including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop financial projections and business strategies.
• Oversee the delivery of monthly financial reporting and business review materials for senior leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and P&L performance to identify risks and trends impacting business performance.
• Refine the customer loan strategy and equip sales teams with appropriate financing solutions.
• Drive process efficiency using SAP, Cognos, BI platforms, and AI-enabled analytics tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 12+ years of corporate finance experience.
• 6–8+ years of specific FP&A experience.
• Minimum 6 years in financial analytical roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and P&L management.
• Proficiency with SAP, Cognos, BI platforms, and data visualization tools.
