What you will do

  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing activities within the assigned region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead identification to order conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create competitive technical and commercial project proposals.
  • Analyze market status and trends to support strategic planning and product development.
  • Represent the company at industry associations, exhibitions, and forums.
  • Manage sales opportunities and reporting within the Salesforce CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a technical or commercial field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales environment.
  • Proven experience in the Biogas Solutions industry is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and self-motivation skills.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French, German, or Dutch.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
