What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas through strategic territory management.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Lead virtual teams including presales, partner managers, and customer success to drive wins.
  • Develop and execute territory and marketing plans in collaboration with partners.
  • Position identity security solutions effectively against competitors like Microsoft and Okta.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Proven experience in managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and act as a quarterback for sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills for discovery calls and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in competitive positioning and value-based selling.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
