What you will do

• Manage service contract renewals by maintaining consistent customer touchpoints.
• Engage clients via phone and email to provide quotations, cross-sell, and up-sell new business.
• Review commercial legal terms and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity within Salesforce.com (SFDC).
• Collaborate with sales teams to optimize Point-of-Sale processes and contract calculation tools.
• Monitor and achieve department KPIs using visual management and countermeasures.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands (Tiel for hybrid) or Belgium (preferably Nazareth for remote).
• Minimum MBO level education in administrative or commercial fields.
• Fluent proficiency in English and Dutch.
• At least 3 years of progressive administrative experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or ServiceMax.
