What you will do

• Own end-to-end deployment programs from intake through execution and close-out.
• Develop deployment plans, including scope, resource requirements, and dependency mapping.
• Manage hardware supply and demand, including PO allocations and material readiness.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, construction, and procurement teams.
• Identify and mitigate tactical supply risks and resolve cross-domain schedule conflicts.
• Present capacity delivery metrics and status updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be US-based.
• 5–8+ years of project/program management experience in network infrastructure, telecom, or data centers.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical programs.
• Foundational understanding of data center networking layers and deployment lifecycles.
• Experience with BOM management, hardware tracking, and supply/demand planning.
• Ability to travel up to 15% for site visits and deployment support.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Exposure to GPU cluster environments or high-performance computing.
