Salary: $92,880 - $154,800 USD

What you will do
- Own end-to-end deployment programs from intake through execution and close-out.
- Develop deployment plans, including scope, resource requirements, and dependency mapping.
- Manage hardware supply and demand, including PO allocations and material readiness.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, construction, and procurement teams.
- Identify and mitigate tactical supply risks and resolve cross-domain schedule conflicts.
- Present capacity delivery metrics and status updates to leadership.
Requirements
- Must be US-based.
- 5–8+ years of project/program management experience in network infrastructure, telecom, or data centers.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical programs.
- Foundational understanding of data center networking layers and deployment lifecycles.
- Experience with BOM management, hardware tracking, and supply/demand planning.
- Ability to travel up to 15% for site visits and deployment support.
Nice to have
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Exposure to GPU cluster environments or high-performance computing.
