What you will do

• Facilitate weekly cross-functional engineering team meetings to track design, validation, and qualification status.
• Develop program plans including schedules, milestone deliverables, and feature sets in collaboration with customers and partners.
• Create and maintain master schedules that interconnect key deliverables across hardware, software, and manufacturing teams.
• Drive issue resolution and escalate concerns to functional leaders to prevent program delays.
• Lead phase gate reviews and design review meetings to ensure product quality and readiness.
• Define and document new processes to improve the efficiency of the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of NPI hardware engineering and leadership experience.
• Experience with rack-mounted data center or enterprise equipment.
• Proven track record of managing hardware projects and delivering on time.
• Strong working knowledge of hardware development across electrical, mechanical, and software disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• PMP certification.
