Focus on designing holdout/lift or A/B tests, keeping pixel/CAPI and event tracking healthy, and scaling winning creative/audience bets using Bliss Point insights.

What you will do
- Translate business goals into Paid Social plans across prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty.
- Use creative and audience learnings plus automation to test, prove, and scale winning ideas while reducing waste.
- Run product-led platform initiatives (e.g., Meta Advantage+/value optimization/CAPI, TikTok Smart Performance, Pinterest Performance+) and manage test cycles.
- Design and execute measurement plans (holdout/lift when possible; otherwise solid A/Bs), define success upfront, and maintain regular read cadence.
- Ensure tracking health (pixel/CAPI, event mapping, UTMs/GA4) and explain data limits when recommending changes.
- Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership to turn best practices into repeatable playbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing Paid Social across Meta and TikTok.
- Comfort designing tests and connecting media performance to revenue, CAC, and LTV.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Advantage+/value optimization/CAPI, TikTok Smart Performance, and Pinterest Performance+ (plus audience design and creative testing).
- Working knowledge of GA4 and platform analytics.
- Senior stakeholder-ready communication and client-facing storytelling.
- Ability to work remotely from the United Kingdom.
