What you will do

• Own paid social channels end-to-end, including strategy, execution, budget pacing, and reporting.
• Build and own the growth roadmap, creating a continuous pipeline of initiatives and testing frameworks.
• Develop and scale retargeting strategies and catalog ad infrastructure to drive premium conversions.
• Partner with Creative and Product teams to iterate on ad concepts and messaging.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Data teams to solve tracking and attribution challenges.
• Act as the internal expert on platform developments and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in paid social with a focus on strategic ownership and hands-on execution.
• Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition through Meta and LinkedIn.
• Strong expertise in tracking and measurement, including Pixel, CAPI, GTM, and server-side tracking.
• Experience with marketing automation tools for bid management and audience synchronization.
• Highly analytical approach to decision-making and problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok, Reddit, or X Ads.
• Background in subscription-based or freemium business models.
• Knowledge of CRO and landing page testing.
• Working knowledge of SQL or business intelligence tools.
