TL;DR

Paid Social Strategist (Marketing): Managing and optimizing paid social advertising campaigns for e-commerce clients with an accent on strategy development, budget management, and performance analysis. Focus on executing multi-platform campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other social channels to drive growth and meet client KPIs.

Location: Must be based in one of the following US states: CT, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, or WA.

What you will do

  • Manage paid social campaigns from concept through execution and analysis.
  • Own the paid social strategy and serve as the subject matter expert on client calls.
  • Collaborate with account stakeholders to align campaign initiatives with client goals.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign budgets, audiences, and creative performance.
  • Analyze metrics to provide actionable recommendations for account growth.
  • Work closely with Paid Social Specialists to build and launch ad sets and creative assets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in CT, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, or WA.
  • 2+ years of experience running paid social campaigns in the e-commerce space.
  • Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, including building campaigns and audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of experience in an agency environment.
  • Experience running campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft or G-Suite tools.
