Strategic Account Director (SaaS): Own account strategy for enterprise passenger services (PAX) to deepen executive relationships, drive expansion, and prevent churn with an accent on complex negotiations, SaaS sales cycles, and telematics-driven value communication. Focus on building revenue growth across assigned Southeast and Texas territories while aligning customer needs with product capabilities and roadmap priorities.
Location: Remote — must be based in the United States (Southeast preferred; Atlanta, GA or Texas preferred)
Salary: $95,000–$110,000/year + commission

What you will do
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue targets across assigned Southeast and Texas territories.
- Manage and grow relationships with enterprise-level key accounts in passenger services and transportation.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue and product adoption within existing portfolios.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer success to align customer needs with product capabilities and roadmap priorities.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify business development and product enhancement opportunities.
- Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions; proactively address customer concerns to reduce churn and maintain retention.
Requirements
- 10+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales or strategic account management experience in a B2B environment.
- Must be based in the United States; willingness to travel within the assigned Southeast/Texas territory as needed.
- Proven success growing enterprise accounts in passenger services, transportation, or public fleet sectors.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and experience managing complex, integrated solution accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to have
- Fleet telematics experience (GPS tracking, geo-tagging, routing software, or related transportation technology).
- Competitive intelligence capability for positioning against telematics and fleet management competitors.
