TL;DR

Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (Boston, MA)

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and execute account plans to acquire new orderers and locations within the Education vertical.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships to ensure full adoption of hirify.global solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance to customers to solve industry-specific procurement and food-for-work challenges.
  • Deliver weekly pipeline and spend adoption reporting with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to improve solution adoption and automate service needs.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • 5+ years of sales experience selling to Fortune 1000 senior leadership.
  • Proven experience selling into Education entities, including knowledge of purchasing cooperatives and tax exemptions.
  • Experience selling to procurement and supply chain roles.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to travel 25% of the year for customer visits and company events.
