What you will do

• Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams of project managers, implementation consultants, and technical staff.
• Set team strategy for project planning, staffing, and resource allocation across concurrent product engagements.
• Ensure delivery of professional services meeting established goals for utilization, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Guide teams through complex clinical environments, including EHR integrations and healthcare payment systems.
• Serve as a mentor and escalation point, stepping into client-facing roles for strategic accounts.
• Drive process improvement and efficiency gains with attention to regulatory and patient safety demands.

Requirements

• Must be based in the contiguous United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of management experience, including management of managers.
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management for complex system implementations.
• Strong background in enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Familiarity with healthcare clinical workflows, EHR integrations (Epic, HL7), and patient safety requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with both SaaS and hardware/POS implementations in healthcare.
• Experience with clinical nutrition management systems or patient dining technology.
• Experience with healthcare commerce and payment platforms.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential or clinical nutrition background.
