Salary: $257,243 - $300,117 (Base) / Total compensation up to $580,140

What you will do

• Lead and manage Software Product Management and Software Product Engineering organizations for oncology and prenatal products.
• Define and execute software product and platform strategy for provider/patient portals and internal workflow tools.
• Implement an AI-first approach to accelerate development and improve software quality and productivity.
• Manage engineering leaders and teams responsible for architecture, infrastructure, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Clinical Product, Data Science, Bioinformatics, and Executive teams to build competitive software experiences.
• Establish execution frameworks and prioritization processes for predictable, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software product management, engineering, or technology leadership.
• Proven track record of managing both product and engineering functions simultaneously.
• Experience building and scaling complex customer-facing or operational software systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, platform development, and system scalability.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies in development workflows to deliver business value.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Menlo Park, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or genomics.
• Knowledge of US healthcare technologies, interoperability standards, and clinical workflows.
• Prior experience leading organizations through significant scale and growth.
